Since 2012 I have been working with individuals suffering from depressed mood, anxiety, grief, addictions, pain, trauma, and relationship issues including healthy communication. I have worked with adults in groups and individual therapy. I have also conducted psychological assessments with children, adolescents, and adults.
In addition to my clinical work, I’ve worked on research in the areas of occupational health and safety and clinical program evaluation. Prior to becoming a clinician, I worked for four years in Human Resources. Each stage of my career has certainly helped me to develop an extensive understanding of workplace and clinical issues.
I obtained my MSc in Clinical Psychology from Acadia University and a BA Hons in Psychology from the University of Guelph. I have been registered as a Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists since 2015 and am eligible for registration as a Psychological Associate with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
