Fee Structure & Policies

Individual Therapy

For individual psychotherapy, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to determine whether I am the right therapist for you and answer any questions you may have. Please contact me to inquire about availability.

The fee for a 50-minute session is $150 (plus HST).

Sliding Scale Availability

I maintain a certain number of sessions on a sliding scale. When available, I can offer a reduced fee based on individual financial circumstances.

Please advise if you are in financial difficulty during the consultation session.

Payment Information & Policies

I accept payments in cash, cheque, and email money transfer.

Cancellation policy:  I require 24 hours notice to cancel appointments, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice a cancellation fee will be charged.

Insurance coverage: Psychotherapy services provided by private practitioners are not covered by OHIP. However, there are a growing number of extended benefits insurance plans that are accepting coverage for Registered Psychotherapists who are members of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, please inquire directly with your provider to confirm.
